From Frustration to Platform

TalentPilot was founded in 2023 by Nathan Brooks and a team of engineers who had spent years inside Google, LinkedIn, and Workday watching the same broken process repeat itself: recruiters drowning in resumes, hiring managers frustrated with poor signal, and great candidates lost in the noise.

We set out to build an AI that actually understands what makes someone a great hire — not just a keyword match. After 18 months of R&D and hundreds of conversations with HR leaders, TalentPilot was born.

In January 2025, Fondo Inc led our $4.1M Seed Round, backing our mission to make intelligent talent acquisition accessible to every organization.
